Our lab studies the interplay between viruses and their host cells.

We combine genom gewide CRISPR technologies with molecular virology tools to study three major areas:

1. Identification and characterization of host factors affecting viral infection.

2. Investigate the entry mechanisms of emerging zoonotic viruses.

3. Define the intrinsic immune responses to diverse viruses in different cell models.
