I am interested in translating DNA characterization to oncological care and specifically
in sarcoma. This includes identifying pathogenic variations causing sarcoma in our
patient population; describing the clinical aspects characterizing somatic DNA mutations
and DNA amplicon structure in cancer and describing novel genes in repair pathways
that effect the treatment of sarcoma.
